Contact Lubbock proudly became a member of the Light for Life foundation
in October 2000. Sometimes you cannot put into words what you are feeling
and sometimes you feel like you cannot express your emotions because other
teens will not understand. This program and cards empower youth, giving
them permission and a way to ask for help. Presentations that teach awareness
and suicide prevention is available. For more information please call
