• Memorials and Honorariums
This is a great way to honor someone and have their name remembered in a very special way.  

(Gifts of any size can be made in memory or in honor of a loved one.)

• How your Gift is utilized:
$25.00 - Helps three (3) individuals that call our crisis line needing help or someone to listen to them
$50.00 - Support one (1) presentation of CHOICES (our suicide awareness program to a classroom of junior or senior high school students).
$100.00 -Trains a teacher, counselor, or community member to be a suicide intervener.
$250.00 -Supports training and materials for suicide crisis prevention. 

CONTACT Lubbock is a tax exempt, not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organization funded by private donations from individuals, state and federal grants, and corporate sponsorships.
